St Andrew’s Episcopal Church is proud to serve as the home of Girl Scout Service Unit 416, a vibrant community within the faith and beliefs category, empowering young girls to become future leaders. Our Mission

At St Andrew’s Episcopal Church Girl Scouts, our mission is to provide girls with opportunities to develop their full potential, build character, and make a difference in their communities. Through a wide range of activities, we aim to foster friendship, personal growth, and leadership skills, while instilling values of honesty, courage, and empathy.

Empowering Girls Through Adventure and Learning

Our Girl Scout Service Unit 416 offers a diverse range of activities designed to engage girls of all ages in meaningful learning experiences. From earning badges and undertaking service projects to participating in outdoor adventures and exploring career opportunities, we provide girls with opportunities to discover their passions, expand their horizons, and develop the skills they need to succeed in life.

Programs for Every Age Group

We offer programs tailored to specific age groups, including:

  • Daisy Girl Scouts (Grades K-1): Our youngest scouts engage in exciting activities that nurture their curiosity, creativity, and love for the outdoors.
  • Brownie Girl Scouts (Grades 2-3): Brownies embark on a journey of self-discovery, building confidence, and exploring their interests in various fields.
  • Junior Girl Scouts (Grades 4-5): Juniors discover their potential as leaders, engaging in projects that make a difference and exploring areas such as STEM, the arts, and community service.
  • Cadette Girl Scouts (Grades 6-8): Cadettes dive deeper into their passions, earn badges, and take on challenges that empower them to become confident young women.
  • Senior Girl Scouts (Grades 9-10): Seniors explore their future paths, identify challenges in their communities, and take action to make a positive impact through service projects.
  • Ambassador Girl Scouts (Grades 11-12): Ambassadors gain skills for success in college, careers, and beyond, while engaging in leadership opportunities and leaving their mark on the world.
